Claims
A claim should be made as soon as possible after the death occurs. To start the claims process, please contact us in one of these ways:

We’ll send you a form to be completed, signed and returned with supporting documentation. After the claim is approved, payment will be made to the person who is legally entitled to it, and we will refund any premiums paid between the date of death and the date the claim is paid.
